This test measures the on-state voltage after the device has fired.  Again, the device
must be fired using the programmed IBO current drive.  After firing, the device is held
on  by  the  1  amp  Low  Source  current  drive  for  6  to  8  mSecs  while  internal  range
relays are set for the programmed I

pulse is then applied for a

period of 300

μSecs, at the end of which the V
