Risk of injury when the machine/system moves unexpectedly.
Remove the energy supplies.
1 Remove the compressed air hoses.
2 Remove the cover (5).
3 Mark the installation position of the piston (3/8) and the base
jaws (2) in the housing (50).
4 WARNING! Risk of injury due to spring forces! The cover is un-
der spring tension. Carefully disassemble the module.
Clamp
the module between the base jaws (2) and the cover (9) in the
vise such that it is still possible to remove the 4 screws (46).
5 Unscrew the screws (46).
6 Carefully open the bench vise to remove the surface tension
of the pressure spring (26).
7 Remove the cover (9) and remove the compression spring (26).
8 Mark the installation position of the cylinder piston (10) in the
housing (50).
9 Unscrew the groove nut (13) and remove the cylinder piston (6)
from the housing.
10 Press the piston (3/8) upwards and out of the housing (50).
11 Pull the base jaws (2) out of the housing (50).
