Mounting
WARNING
Risk of injury due to improper installation
Improper mounting can cause the product to be ejected under rotation
and result in serious injury.

Only use the toolholder on machines with suitable interfaces.
•
Observe the maximum permissible speed according to the technical
data.
•
Only use the toolholder on machines with a separated protective
device.

Risk of crushing and impact during assembly and disassembly of
the product

Do not reach between product and machine.

Wear suitable protective equipment.
Before commissioning the iTENDO², charge the tool holder and, if necessary, a sister tool with the
charging station. The tool holder is charged via the charging pins of the charger. The individual
steps are described in the charger chapter. When using the tool holder, the maximum permissible
speed according to the Technical data chapter must be observed.
To mounting the tool holder into the machine, the interface of the machine spindle must match
the interface of the tool holder.
It must be ensured over the entire operation that sufficient clamping force is provided by the ma-
chine.
