Machine areas
There are three different areas around the machine.

Work Zone
The area in which persons work with or operate the machine in normal oper-
ation; excludes inspection, maintenance, cleaning and repair.
The work zone (green area) may only be entered by authorized operational
personnel to operate the machine.
Danger Zone
The person in which a person is faced with a risk of injury or hazards to their
health.
The danger zone (red area) must be closed off and clearly marked and may
not be entered by persons while the machine is being operated.
Traffic Zone
An area which is accessible for or open to persons without opening, crossing
or bypassing a barrier.
The traffic zone (yellow area) must always be kept free and may only be
used as a traffic route and for transport work.
