Titan 5000 Series II 01/22

Assembly Section 3-26

ASSEMBL

Hydraulic Hose Bracket Assembly

Bolt the hydraulic hose organizers to the tabs on
the hitch pole and mainframe using a 5/8” x 1-3/4”
bolt, locknut and flatwashers. On the mainframe,
add the manual mount to the outside of the hose
organizer.

Always leave some slack in the tractor hose
assemblies to allow for turning or traveling over
rough ground.

Bolt the manual canister to the manual mount using
(3) 1/4” x 1” bolts, washers and locknuts.

Install the hitch clevis in the front of the hitch pole
using (3) 3/4” x 6” bolts and (3) locknuts.

Never stand between the tractor and Rock Picker while the tractor is being backed to the
hitch.

Rock Deflector Assembly

Bolt the side rock deflector to the mainframe using
(4) 5/8” x 2” bolts and locknuts.

Apply grease to all grease fittings on the rock
picker. Check that all bolts are secure.

Refer to the operator’s manual for operation and
safety instructions.
