DEALER ASSEMBLY PREPARATION CHECKLIST FOR DH SCHULTE

NOTE:

When unloading unit DO NOT unload from point “B” but from point “A”. Point “B” should only be used

All Parts are assembled or accounted for

The Operator’s Manual is in the manual canister

All Safety Warning decals are on the unit, readable and in good

condition

The SMV sign is securely attached to the implement

The Safety tow chain is properly attached to the implement

tongue

The tongue jack is in place on the implement

All nuts, bolts and fasteners are properly installed and tightened

to the specified torque

All hydraulic fittings are tight

No oil leaks are present

All cylinders and hoses are filled with oil

The hydraulic hoses are routed correctly and do not rub against

sharp edges

Electrical connections are secure

Implement lights operate properly

The tires are properly inflated to the recommended air pressure

(All tires inflated to 58psi on the DH60 and DH36)

The wheel lug bolts are tight

The tires properly clear implement frame and discs

The wheel hub bearings are properly greased

All pivot points have been properly lubricated

Does the implement paint look complete and acceptable
