Load fasteners:
1. Lift the catch lever (item 03) (if avail-
able) and open the magazine slide
(item 05) (Fig. 2a).
2. Load the correct fasteners into the bot-
tom / side / top-loading magazine
(item 04) (Fig. 3a).
(see Instruction manual, Part 1, Chap-
ter: "Technical data" and the "Intended
use" chapter).
3. Close the magazine slide (item 05) and
allow the catch lever (item 03) (if avail-
able) to engage.
Contact trigger (if available, see Techni-
cal data):
Contact trigger function when trigger lever
(item 02) pulled. Functions when tool is
pressurised.
or
Contact trigger function deactivated when
reversing lever actuated (item 13) (fig. 5a).
Tool is then depressurised.
Compressed air connection:
1. Install an upstream maintenance unit
with filter pressure reducer and mist oil-
er.
2. Press the quick-action coupling of the air
hose onto the plug nipple (item 01)
(Figure 1a).
Operation
:
1. If available: release the interlock
(item 10)
2. Set the required pressure
3. If available: adjust the depth setting
(item 08) (Fig. 4a).
4. Place the trigger safety device (item 06)
or guide plate (item 07) onto the work-
piece and apply pressure firmly.
5. Press the trigger lever (item 02).
6. If available: contact trigger actuated
when trigger lever (item 02) pulled and
trigger safety device (item 06) placed on
the workpiece.
After use:
1. If available:
Secure the interlock (item 10).
2. Disconnect the quick-action coupling
from the plug nipple (item 01)
(Figure 1b).
3. Empty the magazine (item 04).
4. Clean the device dry with compressed
air.
5. Store the device in a secure location.
2.5 Maintenance
Regular lubrication is required!
Apply oil via a maintenance unit with a mist
oiler.
Without mist oiler: oil daily by hand via the
plug nipple (item 01).
In the event of longer interruptions in op-
eration, also lubricate via the plug
nipple (item 01).
2.6 Decommissioning
Storage:
Clean, dry, dust-free, not below
5° C.
Disposal:
Dispose of the packaging / device
/ materials used according to applicable legal
regulations.
