Diese Bedienungsanleitung enthält wichtige Informationen zum Umgang mit dem
Tester. Bitte lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie
diese für spätere Zwecke auf.
Die Benutzung des Testers darf erst erfolgen, nachdem die Bedienungsanleitung
gelesen und verstanden wurde.
Mit dem Tester können einige Funktionen der Kompaktejektoren SCPi / SMPi / SXPi /
SXMPi getestet werden. Deshalb ist die Bedienungsanleitung des entsprechenden
Kompaktejektors zu beachten.
Warnhinweise
Die Bedienungsanleitung des zu testenden Kompaktejektors ist unbedingt zu beachten!
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist auf den Lieferumfang der Fa. Schmalz abgestimmt.
Der Anschluss und die Inbetriebnahme des Greifsystems darf erst erfolgen, nachdem die
Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden wurde!
Der Betrieb in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung ist nicht zulässig. Brand- und
Explosionsgefahr!
Betrieb des Gerätes ausschließlich mit den für die Komponenten angegebenen
Betriebsspannungen!
Die Installation darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden!
Allgemeine Sicherheitsvorschriften, EN-Normen und VDE-Richtlinien müssen beachtet und
eingehalten werden!
Betrieb des Systems ausschließlich durch geschultes Personal!
Nur die vorgesehenen Anschlussmöglichkeiten, Befestigungsbohrungen und
Befestigungsmittel verwenden!
Die Bauteile sind den Verpackungen sorgfältig zu entnehmen!
Die Bauteile sind generell vor Beschädigungen jeglicher Art zu schützen!
Bei Installation und Wartung: Bauteil / Gerät spannungs- und druckfrei schalten und gegen
unbefugtes Wiedereinschalten sichern!
Es dürfen keine Veränderungen an den Bauteilen vorgenommen werden!
Sauberkeit im Umfeld und am Einsatzort!
Nichtbeachtung dieser vorgenannten Verhaltensweisen kann zu Funktionsstörungen,
Schäden und Verletzungen
–auch Lebensgefahr- führen!
Die Bauteile sind bei Außerbetriebstellung des Gerätes umweltgerecht zu entsorgen!

Some features of the compact ejectors SCPi / SMPi / SXPi / SXMPi can be tested with the
tester. Therefore, the operating instructions for the Kompaktejektors must be observed.
Warning notes
Observe the operating instructions of the test compact-ejector!
The operating instructions are tailored to system as delivered by Schmalz.
The connection and the commissioning of the gripper system may only occur once the
operating instructions have been read and understood.
The device may not be operated in environments where there is a risk of explosion. Risk of fire
and explosion.
The device must only be operated using the specified operating voltage.
The installation may only be carried out by qualified specialist personnel.
General safety instructions, EN standards and VDE guidelines must be taken into account and
observed.
The system may only be operated by trained personnel!
Use only the connection options, mounting holes and mounting components provided for this
purpose.
Remove the components carefully from their packing materials.
Handle the components carefully to avoid damaging them.
For installation and maintenance, switch off the electrical and compressed-air supplies to the
component or equipment and ensure that they cannot be switched on inadvertently.
The components may not be modified in any manner.
Keep the components and the work area clean.
Non-compliance with the above can result in incorrect function, damage to equipment and
(possibly fatal) injuries to persons.
Any components removed from the equipment must be disposed of in accordance with the
local environmental regulations
Beschreibung
Description
Der Ejektortester simuliert z.B. die Ansteuerung über eine SPS
Je nach angeschlossenem Ejektor können sich die Funktionen Saugen und Blasen
unterscheiden. Die NO/NC-Funktionalität des Ejektors bleibt erhalten.
Der Tester benötigt eine externe Stromversorgung über ein mitgeliefertes Steckernetzteil das
am Gerät angeschlossen wird. Der Ejektor wird mit dem passenden Anschlusskabel am
Tester angeschlossen. Über die Auswahlschalter wird der Tester auf den vorliegenden
Ejektortyp (SXP/SCPi bzw. PNP/NPN) eingestellt über eine LED-Anzeige wird die Auswahl
signalisiert.
Über die

wird der Saugvorgang gestartet bzw

hört der Ejektor auf zu saugen und bläst gleichzeitig ab. Die LED’s

kann beim Ejektortyp SXP/SXMP die Diagnose-
/Analysefunktion aktiviert werden. Bei ansprechen der Funktion leuchtet die

The ejector tester simulates the control via a PLC, for example.
Depending upon the ejector connected, the suction and blow-off functions may differ. The NO/NC
function of the ejector does not change.
The tester requires an external power supply via the mains power adapter included, which is
connected to the device. The ejector is connected with the appropriate connection cable. The tester
is set according to the type of ejector (SXP/SCPi or PNP/NPN) via the selector switch and the
selection is shown by an LED display.
The suction process is started with the
“Suction”
button; the ejector stops sucking and blows-off
when the
“Blow off”
button is pressed. The
“H1”
and
“H2”
LEDs indicate when the appropriate
switching threshold has been reached (H1 = air-saving function, H2 = parts control). For SXP/SXMP
ejectors, the diagnostics/analysis function can be activated using the
“Diagnose”
button. When the
function is actuated the
“Diagnose”
LED lights up.
