Befestigung am Handlingsystem
Das Greifsystem wird über Nutensteine befestigt. Im
Grundkörper sind spezielle Nutensteinleisten zur Aufnahme
der Nutensteine integriert. Die Adaption kann direkt über die
Nutensteinleiste, einen Roboterflansch oder eine gefederte
Aufhängung erfolgen. Entsprechende Befestigungskits sind
im Kapitel Zubehör aufgeführt.
Mounting on the handling system
The gripping system is secured with the aid of slot nuts.
Special slots for these nuts are provided in the basic body.
The gripper can be mounted either directly, via a robot flange
of via spring mountings. Suitable mounting kits are listed in
the section "Accessories".
Anschluss Druckluft am E Einbau Manometer
Der beigelegte Filter (6) und Manometer (5) ist in die
Position wie im Foto abgebildet einzubauen.
Verwenden Sie zum Anschluss einen bzw. zwei 8/6-PU-
Schläuche (maximale Länge 2 m).
Optional kann der Steuerventil-Satz Saugen ein/aus
verwendet werden. Der Satz besteht aus allen erforderlichen
Komponenten wie Elektromagnetventil, Kabel,
Befestigungselemente und Schläuche (siehe Zubehör).
Wir empfehlen, die Druckluftversorgung so weit wie möglich
mit dem max. möglichen Innendurchmesser zu verlegen. Ein
zu klein gewählter Innendurchmesser bewirkt, dass dem
Ejektor nicht genügend Druckluft für optimalen Betrieb
zugeführt wird.

gauge
The included filter (6) and gauge (5) must be installed in the
position as shown in the illustration.
For connection, use one or two PU hoses, diameter 8/6, with
a maximum length of 2 m.
The control-valve kit "Vacuum on/off" can be used as an
option. This kit contains all necessary components, such as
solenoid valve, cables, mounting elements and hoses (see
"Accessories").
Wherever possible, we recommend using hoses with the
maximum possible diameter in the compressed-air supply. A
hose with a small internal diameter will not provide the
ejector with the amount of air necessary for optimum
operation.

Der Anschluss für den Abblasimpuls befindet sich im
Enddeckel.
Der Anschluss für den Abblasimpuls muss wahlweise an
eines der beiden äußeren
1/4“-IG Gewindebohrungen (1)
angeschlossen werden.
Connecting compressed air for the blow-off impulse
The connector for the blow-off pulse is located on the end
cover.
The hose for the blow-off pulse must be connected to one of
the two external threaded holes with a 1/4" internal thread (1)
as required.

Zum schnellen Ablegen der angesaugten Werkstücke und
zur Realisierung schneller Zykluszeiten sollte der
Steuerventil-Satz Abblasen ein/aus verwendet werden.
Dieser enthält alle benötigten Bauteile wie
Elektromagnetventil, Kabel, Befestigungselemente und
Schläuche (siehe Zubehör).
To quickly deposit picked up workpieces and to make quick
cycle times possible, the control valve set “Blow off on/off”
should be used. This kit contains all necessary components,
such as solenoid valve, cables, mounting elements and
