2.2.3  Pneumatische Schaltung FMP-S für externe Vakuumerzeugung 

– SW / SVK-Version / Pneumatic 

circuit FMP-S for external vacuum generation 

– SW / SVK version 

 

Bei den FMP-S Greifern wird das externe EMV Vakuumventil 

(8) in den SW und SVK-Versionen (Parallel- und 

Reihenschaltung) durch ein über den Enddeckel (13) 

vorgesteuertes, im Greifer innenliegendes Vakuumventil (12) 

ersetzt. Siehe Abb. 2.2-5. 

Bei der Parallel-Schaltung der Flächensauggreifer FMP-S 

benötigt jeder Greifer am Schlauchstutzen ein integriertes 

Vakuumventil. Siehe Abb. 2.2-3. 

Bei der Reihen-Schaltung der Flächensauggreifer FMP-S 

benötigt nur der erste Greifer am Eingangsschlauchstutzen 

ein integriertes Vakuumventil. Siehe Abb. 2.2-4. 

 

For the grippers FMP-S, the external EMV vacuum valve (8) 

in the SW and SVK versions (parallel and series connection) 

is replaced by a vacuum valve (12) within the gripper that is 

pilot-controlled through the end cover (13). See fig. 2.2-5. 

For the parallel connection of the area grippers FMP-S, each 

gripper on the hose connector requires an integrated vacuum 

valve. See fig. 2.2-3. 

For the series connection of the area grippers FMP-S, only 

the first gripper on the inlet hose connector requires an 

integrated vacuum valve. See fig. 2.2-4.
