a uniform interface with the same pattern of holes.

Die Flanschplatte wird direkt auf das FMP(-S)-Modul 

geschraubt. Über das Elektromagnetventil kann der Befehl 

Abblasen aktiv angesteuert werden. Optional gibt es einen 

Vakuum-schalter (Pos.3) zur Erfassung des Systemvakuums 

am FMP(-S)-Modul. 

The flange plate is screwed directly onto the FMP(-S) 

module. The blow-off command can be activated using the 

solenoid valve. An optional vacuum switch (Item 3) for 

recording the system vacuum on the FMP(-S) module is 

available.
