Process

Production progress article:
How many articles have to be produced and how many are pro-
duced already.

Production progress batch:
How many batches have to be produced and how many are pro-
duced already.

Stop production
The article in production is finished, then the production is interrupted. The production counter is not
reset.

Q-Cam 360 Analysis
Here the left or right end is shown, which was analyzed with by the Q-Cam 360 during production.
The camera thereby produces a 3-D picture which is saved in the control software.

Tabular analysis:
In the chart

the measured length and the diameters of the article is shown. If one
or more layers of an article are out of tolerance the value of the corresponding layer is displayed in
red color.
If successively three articles are out of tolerance, the machine stops the production just during the
first batch and an error message is shown. If this occurs, the programmed settings must be checked
again or however the tolerance limits must be extended.

[BAD STRIP]
was switched on in the application editor, a
real picture of the article is captured with the 3-D camera. This way even improperly cut strands of the
shield on a coaxial cable can be recognized. This though only makes sense if the dielectric is not trans-
parent.
Selection: Via the keys

the individual articles within the last checked batch can be selected.

PROGRAMMING OF OPTIONAL MODULES

Crimp station
The crimp station is an optional station and is only shown in the article editor if this is physically avail-
able on the machine.
