Deceleration [%]:
This setting changes the deceleration speed of the swivel arm, whereas 0 is the
smallest and 100 % the largest selectable value
■
Wire overhang:
Wire overhang defines, how far the raw material is extending over the grippers
(overhangs) to be able to to insert far enough and unhindered into the processing stations.
The value must not be selected to height to prevent the material of sag. It should be always larger
then the total stripping spare (e. g. rotary incising unit: distance between gripper and
blades).
Gripper

Guide position on: The gripper opens to the manual set inclined position (standard setting).

Guide position off: The gripper opens fully (mostly this is the better option for thick cables).
Gripper (side 2)

Fast open:
Opens quickly, but short cables can fall down uncontrollable.
■
Safe open:
Opens slowly, also short cables fall down controlled into the tray.
