Feeding
The loaded raw material is fed forwards by the feeding belts as long as the key is press-
ed. Is normally used to feed the raw material beyond the cutting axis and to cut the
scrap wire piece with
[CUT]
. This command is only activated if the raw material was loa-
ded before with
[CLOSE]
or
[LOAD]
.
Cut
The loaded raw material is cut through and the slug is ejected. This command is only
activated if the raw material was loaded before with
[CLOSE]
or
[LOAD]
.
Mode
Production mode (normal operation):
In the normal production a programmed article
is produced in one cycle if [RUN] was pressed. For trouble shooting or for analyzing a
special article and to optimize the settings, it can be of interest to execute the produc-
tion in step by steps and/or test mode.
The following additional modes are available:
Step by step:
After
[RUN]
was touched, the production continues
automatically but much slower than in normal operation. Each
step is initiated with a single touch of
[STEP BY STEP]
.
Test mode:
We produce normally but without tolerance check.
Step by step test:
This is a combination of test and step by step.
Single article
A single piece of the currently programmed article is produced. After the production it
can then be checked to give the user the opportunity to correct it before the regular
production, if differing measures or improper production quality results. The program-
med total and batch quantities are not affected thereby.
[SINGLE]
can also be used to
produce additional articles after a completed production run. Only active when
[CLOSE]
or
[LOAD]
were previously pressed.
Run
The regular production of a programmed single article is started. The programmed
quantity is produced with one single run. Only active when
[CLOSE]
or
[LOAD]
were pre-
viously pressed. After a batch is produced, the confirm message is shown.
