7.1
GENERAL TOPICS FOR THE OPERATION
Personnel qualification
The instructions in this chapter must be carried out by operator personnel !
■
Before the daily use of the product, a visual check must be carried out.
■
Wire guides and the wire feed area must be empty. No wires, or other objects must be left over in
this area.
■
The area of the blades also must be free of wire residue.
■
Wire guide tubes, feeding units and the area of the cutting unit must be cleaned with the
enclosed brush and/or possibly with a vacuum cleaner.

7.2
SWITCHING ON THE MACHINE
1.

Turn the power disconnecter on the left of the machine CW.
2.

Open the main compressed air valve.
3.
▹
Wait until the control software S.QAR has been initialized.

After initializing, the log-on screen is displayed on the touch screen, where the user can log-on
according to its user level as "Operator, programmer, maintenance".
7.3
SWITCHING OFF THE MACHINE
1.

Interrupt the compressed air supply on the main valve.
2.
▹
Turn the power disconnecter on the left of the machine CCW.
7.4
WORK TO BE DONE AFTER OPERATION
7.4.1
General maintenance
■
After 1 day:
Clean the processing area.
■
After 1 week:
Clean the housing and the processing area.
■
After 1 month:
Check ventilator filter.
