OMEGA IPL Installation Guide

Before leaving job site

Before leaving the job site, make sure the work area is

clean and the lift is safe and operational.

Procedure

1

Clean up the work area.

2

Make sure all hardware has been tightened.

3

Make sure that all data plates, tags and instruction
labels are present.

4

Explain the operation of the lift to the customer.

5

Assist the customer on an orientation ride.

6

Provide a copy of the Owner’s Manual and Warranty to
the customer. Record all required details per the
Owner’s Manual.

Use this section to record any site-specific notes.
