PARAMETER
DESCRIPTION
Allow choice of fuel to be used for the analysis phase. This data can be modified, not only through the menu, but
also during the analysis phase.
By selecting the
Fuel Coefficients
submenu, you can display the characteristics of the fuels used to calculate the
efficiency.
Condensation efficiency is influenced by atmospheric pressure and humidity of the combustion air. Since the
atmospheric pressure is generally not known, the verifier of the thermal systems is asked to enter sea level altitude:
working from this altitude, the instrument calculates the pressure without taking into account the meteorological
conditions
The calculation assumes an atmospheric pressure at sea level of 101325 Pa. It is also possible to enter the relative
humidity of the air, deemed the combustion air temperature measured by the instrument; if it is not known, it is
recommended to enter 50%.
It is possible to regulate the percentage of oxygen in this mode. This will be used when displaying the values of
pollutant gas emissions encountered during the analysis.
NOx/NO
: all nitrogen oxides present in chimney emissions (Nitrogen oxide = NO, Nitrogen dioxide = NO
2
); total
nitrogen oxides =
NOx (NO +
NO
2
)
.
In combustion processes it can be seen that the percentage of NO
2
present in the flue gases never differs from very
low values (3%). This makes it possible to obtain the NOx evaluation by a simple calculation without having to use
a direct measurement that would require the presence of an NO
2
sensor.
The value of the percentage of NO
2
present in the fumes can be set at a value other than 3% (default value).
In the submenu it is possible to modify the Measure units for all analysis parameters in accordance with the usage
requirements.
In this submenu you can modify the duration of the analyser autozero cycle and start it manually.
In this submenu, it is possible to display the Measures list carried out by the instrument. Using the interactive keys,
it is possible to add, delete, or move a selected measurement by position.
In the submenu, it is possible to read or manually enter the temperature of the combustion air.
