You can enable objects in the “Global” tab by selecting the number of objects to be enabled
in the “Number of virtual inputs” field. The objects can receive 1-bit telegrams sent by other
devices from the KNX bus. You can enable up to 8 “Virtual input A…H” communication
objects in the module. Each object can be a virtual input of any virtual channel. To link the
object to the channel, you must select this object in the tab for defining the channel
operating parameters, in the “Channel virtual input” field. Changing the object value will
generate in the channel events handled by the module.

4.6.2 Communication objects of function blocks
For each function block (number 1 to 20) activated in the module, up to 5 communication
objects can be enabled (e.g. the “Sequence” function block). 100 numbers from 10 to 109 are
reserved in the program for all communication objects that can be enabled for individual
function blocks. 5 consecutive numbers are reserved for these objects in each block.
It is assumed that all the objects discussed below have been enabled for the function
block number 1 that takes up numbers from 10 to 14.

A starting configuration has been prepared for the module in the ETS program
application, in which 8 function blocks are defined to execute the switch function.
The “FB 1…8: switch – Short pressing (1-bit)” communication objects that allow
implementation of these function blocks are enabled always the application is
imported into the ETS program.
