9.1. Mounting the spraying module on the control module
Notice!
The automatic gun can be used with material circulation when config -
ured accordingly (circulation). This ensures that the material used is
kept moving and does not come to a standstill.
The following connection possibilities are recommended when using the
automatic gun with the "circulation" configuration.
■ Insert a back-pressure regulator at the material return flow connection
[4-8], [5-3], [6-4] .
■ The cross-section of the material return pipe must be smaller than the
material feed pipe.
■ Insert moulded seal [4-1], [5-1], [6-1] in the seal seat of the control
module [1-5], [2-8] .
■ Fit the spraying module [1-2], [2-2] on the control module in the correct
position.
■ Tighten fastening screw using the handwheel
[1-8], [2-11]
and fix the
spraying module on the control module.
9.2. Installation of the automatic gun
The automatic gun is installed in the spraying system taking account of
the overall dimensions [14], [15] , using the fastening holes [16-2], [17-
1] . The corresponding dimensions for the holes are stated in drawings
[16], [17], [18]
.
Alternatively, the fastening bolt available as an accessory (accessories
see chapter 14) can be used to mount the automatic gun to the custom-
er's fastening systems in the spraying system by means of the fastening
holes [16-1], [16-3], [17-2] .
Notice!
As an option, the automatic gun with back connection control module
can be fastened in the spraying system using a connection plate [18]
(accessories, see chapter 14) together with a mounting bolt. The mount-
ing bolt is not available as an accessory and must be provided by the
customer.
Installation of the ground connection control module
■ Depending on the local conditions, use the fastening holes [16-1], [16-
2] to install the automatic gun in the system with individual fastening
