6.3 Web browser
The Operator and Supervisor users can perform their tasks equally with the touch
screen or the Web browser .
Advantages of working with the Web browser:
No additional software needs to be installed .
Several BioWelder
®
TC devices can be operated simultaneously over a Web browser .
Operation via mobile devices such as laptop, tablet PCs, etc . is possible .
All known browsers on different platforms are supported .
The prerequisites for working via Web browser are:
A computer with Web browser and a network cable are available .
The network configuration in Chapter 6 .3 .5 General settings was correctly done .
The following Web browsers are recommended:
Internet Explorer from version 8
Firefox from version 7
Google Chrome from version 16
Greyed out menu items cannot be chosen as the prerequisites have not
been met.
