You can select members to invite to the meeting from

the ranking of members that you have invited to the meeting or received
the invitation), and start the meeting.

Registration in the member list is also available from

activating Hello Messenger and selecting the member from the address
book, Outgoing Calls or Incoming Calls, or entering the phone number.
