To Turn the TTY Mode On or Off:
1. Select MENU/OK > Settings > More... > Accessibility > TTY .
2. You will see a message on the display. Press OK (left softkey) to continue.
3. Select On or Off .

My Favorites
You can arrange your own shortcut menu.
1. Press
Favorites (left softkey).
2. Select <Add Favorite> .
3. Select an option and press MENU/OK.
4. Using the navigation key or your keypad, select functions to be assigned to the My
Favorites list.
5. Press Assign (left softkey) to save.
Auto Answer Mode
This feature sets the phone to automatically pick up after 5 or 15 seconds. This feature works
with the hands-free car kit and headset (sold separately).
To activate this feature:
1. Select MENU/OK > Settings > More…> Call Setup > Auto Answer .
2. Select Hands-free or Speakerphone .
3. Select either 5 Seconds or 15 Seconds .
To deactivate this feature, select Off during step 3 above.
Setting Call Answer
This feature allows you to answer incoming calls by pressing TALK , any key (except BACK,
END, softkeys, and side keys), or opening the phone.
To set Call Answer mode:
1. Select MENU/OK > Settings > More… > Call Setup > Call Answer .
2. Select Talk Key , Any Key , or Flip Open .
Setting Power On to Alert
Power On to Alert helps prevent unintentional or accidental power-on of your phone
’
s alarm
settings while your phone is turned off (the default setting is Off ). This feature applies only to
Event Alerts, Call Alarm, and Alarm Clock.
To turn Power On to Alert on or off:
1. Select MENU/OK > Settings > More… > Power On to Alert .
2. Select On or Off .
On to activate alarm in Airplane Mode even if the phone is turned off.
Off to deactivate all alarm settings while the phone is turned off .
