Doors, Filler Cap, and Hood
The following can be locked using the machine key to
prevent unauthorized access:
• Cab door
• Fuel tank filler cap
• Engine hood
• Left and right rear access doors
• Right front access door

Secure the cab door in position after opening using the
cab door latch.
1. Push the cab door against the side of the machine
until the cab door latch (1) engages the cab door
catch (2).

2. To release the cab door latch, push down on the
release lever (2) on the left side of the operator seat.
Fuel Tank Filler Cap
NOTICE!
To prevent damage to the filler caps:
• Make sure the filler cap is fully seated before
turning the key to lock the cap. The key slot
shield covers the key slot after the key is
removed to prevent dirt, debris, and moisture
from entering the lock.
• Make sure the gasket in the filler cap is clean. If
the gasket is contaminated by dirt or debris the
gasket will be damaged, causing the filler cap to
seal improperly.
Opening the Filler Cap

1. Open the key slot shield (1) on the filler cap (2).
2. Insert the key into the slot.
NOTE: Insert the key all the way into the lock. The key
may break if it is turned before it is fully inserted.
3. Turn the key from the LOCK position (3) clockwise
until the key slot points to the OPEN position (4) and
remove the filler cap.
