Operation and Maintenance Manual — 0220

SANY

Hydraulic Oil - Change

NOTE:

Perform this procedure on machines with optional equipment every 3 months (500 hours of service).

NOTE:

Perform this procedure on machines with a bucket annually (2,000 hours of service).

1. Swing the upper structure to position hydraulic tank

bottom cover (a) between the tracks.

2. Position the work equipment as shown on the hydraulic

tank decal.

3. Shut down the engine.

4. Clean the top of the hydraulic tank.

5. Remove butterfly nut (b) from the breather valve.

NOTICE!

If used or using the breaker attachment, note that you need to change hydraulic oil every 500
hours to avoid damage to the machine.
