Home Screen Display

Function

1

Time and date

Displays the current time and date – date (YY/MM/DD) and time 
(HH/MM/SS). See “Date and Time Setup Screen” on page 3-14.

Preheat icon

When this icon illuminates, the engine is in preheating mode. See “Cold 
Weather Operation” on page 4-30.

3

Battery charge icon

This icon will illuminate to indicate the battery is discharging when the 
engine is running, and will be illuminated with the key switch in the ON 
position when the engine is not running.

Throttle position

Displays the current throttle position from 0–100% in 10% increments. It is 
adjusted with the throttle control dial. See “Throttle Control Dial” on 
page 3-20.

DPF regeneration
inhibit icon

Indicates regeneration is inhibited when the icon is illuminated.

See “Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Screens” on page 3-14.

Fuel level gauge

Displays the fuel level.

Operating hours

Displays the total number of machine operating hours.

Engine coolant 

temperature gauge

Displays the engine coolant temperature.

Engine oil pressure alarm 

When the oil pressure is low, the icon illuminates as a warning.

Coolant temperature alarm 

When the coolant temperature is high, the icon illuminates as a warning.

Function list (folder) icon

Press the button below the icon to access the function list screen.

High/Low travel speed icon

Press the button below the icon to select high travel speed (rabbit icon) or 
low travel speed (turtle icon).

Auto idle icon

Press the button below the icon to enable or disable the auto idle function. 
The auto idle function will reduce fuel consumption and noise levels during 
periods of inactivity.

Work mode icon

Displays the machine work mode. The machine is equipped with the

Standard (S) working mode only.

Maintenance prompt icon

The blue umbrella icon will illuminate if any scheduled maintenance is due.

Failure code

Failure code illuminates when an abnormality is detected.

See “Failure Codes Screen” on page 3-10.

Failure information icon

Indicates that an abnormality has occurred.

See “Failure Codes Screen” on page 3-10.

Severe failure alarm icon

When this icon illuminates, shut down the engine immediately to avoid 
severe damage to the machine. Check for failure codes that may be

displayed. See “Failure Codes Screen” on page 3-10. Contact a SANY 
dealer for further information.

Operating mode icon

Indicates the selected work tool or equivalent one-way or two-way operat-
ing mode. See “Operating Mode Screen” on page 3-12.
