Neighbor MACID

Neighbor MACID is to find out Neighbor switch’s MAC ID, based on select send period to transmit Neighbor Info packet,
when switch receive Neighbor Info packet, will save and update MAC ID and Aging time, by using UDP NetCmd, can get
Switch Neighbor MAC ID information.

Advanced Features -> Neighbor MACID Settings
