5.2.9 INLET AND EXHAUST FLAP (ODA-FRESH AIR, ETA-EXHAUST AIR)
The basic version of the unit is equipped with a fresh and exhaust air inlet flap (ODA and ETA). The arrangement of the flaps in the unit is shown
on the picture in chapter 5.2.2. When using a variant of the unit with a water heater DCA or DCB, it is recommended to mount an actuator with an
emergency function on the fresh air inlet flap.
In case of the unit configuration with circulation or mixing, the flap is moved to the position of waste air (EHA).
5.2.10 FREQUENCY CONVERTER OF ROTATION EXCHANGER
The rotation exchanger is regulated by a frequency converter (e.g. type VFVN 0010-1L-0001-1), when the speed of the rotation exchanger is in
the range 11
–13 rpm. In DUOVENT

COMPACT RV 800, the frequency converter is located inside the rear panel in the ETA section and is
accessible after opening the operator side door. In DUOVENT
®
COMPACT RV 1800
–7800, the frequency converter is located in the cover and is
accessible after opening the operating side door ETA.
If the unit is circulating or mixing, the frequency converter is accessible after releasing the clamps of the centre panel of the operating side (see
figure in section 5.2.8).
