Before you start
Detergent drawer guidelines
The washing machine provides a four-compartment detergent drawer: three
compartments for detergent input, and the other one for fabric softener input. See below
for details:

Powder detergent : Use this to add
powder detergent.
B. Liquid detergent
: Use this to add
liquid detergent.
C. Softener : Use this to add fabric
softener.
D. Prewash : Use this to add detergent
for prewash.
CAUTION
• Do not open the detergent drawer while the washing machine is operating.
• Do not use the following types of detergent:
- Tablet or capsule types
- Ball or net types
• To prevent the compartment clogging, concentrated or highly-enriched agents (fabric
softener or detergent) must be diluted with water before being applied.
The detergent drawer is located at the top-
left corner of the washing machine.
1. Slide open the detergent drawer.
2. Apply an appropriate amount of
detergent to the Powder detergent
compartment (A) .
