CDMA service provider you will pay the roaming rate plus

long-distance charges, where they apply.

Note:

In areas where Sprint PCS does not have roaming

agreements in place, you will still be able to make (but not

receive) calls using a credit card. This is called manual

roaming.

5GVVKPI[QWTRJQPG UTQCOKPICDKNKV[

Your Sprint PCS Phone allows you to control your ability to

roam. The roaming ability is determined by the “mode” that

you select in the Main menu.

The two service modes are:

Automatic: The phone will search for Sprint PCS service

first. When Sprint PCS service is not available, it will

search for an alternate system automatically.

Sprint PCS: This setting allows your phone to operate

only on the Sprint PCS Nationwide Network and

prevents roaming.

To select the service mode:

1.

Press

 to display the Main menu.

2.

Press

for Roaming.

3.

Press

 for Set Mode.

4.

Press the scroll keys to view options.

5.

When the desired service mode displays, press

 to

save the setting or

 to exit without saving.
