Inbound LCR PSTN Option decides whether or not the dialing
is terminated coming into SMG-400.  Generally dialing is
considered to be terminated when

 came in or dialing

timeout occurred. Without

 or dialing timeout, however,

when the designated number of dialing digits for the
assigned prefix are incoming, it is considered the dialing
termination.

This feature shortens the call connetion time for SMG-400
because SMG-400 decides the dialing termination without
any other termination separators.
