► Troubleshooting method

1) Remove the jammed paper. If the problem persists, check the followings.

2) Check if the paper is loaded in the tray2 properly.

3) Check if the pick up/forward/reverse rollers(

JC97–02259A

) of the tray2 are defective or worn out.

4) Check if the Empty/ Pick up/ Regi-Act sensor of the tray2 is working properly.
