Your camera provides automatic mode changeover by sensing day or night
conditions. It changes to Color mode in day conditions for optimal color and
to BW mode in night conditions for clear identification.
1. Press the SET button to display the setup menu and move the arrow
indicator to ‘Color’ using the UP or DOWN button.
2. Set ‘Color’ to the desired mode using the LEFT or Right button.
Auto1: When Day & Night function has priority or when you want to decrease the
effect of afterimage with Sense up activated. (color mode

Auto2: When color Sense up mode has priority with Sense up activated.

ON: Color mode is kept up.
OFF: A black and white mode is kept up.
Color (Day / Night)
1. Press the SET button to display the setup menu and move the arrow
indicator to 'Sense up' using the UP or DOWN button.
2. Set ‘Sense up’ to the desired mode using the LEFT or RIGHT button.
Auto: When your camera is under night or low-lighting level, select this mode.
OFF: Deactivation

Color Auto1
• If you press the set button on ‘Auto’ mode. You can adjust brightness by increasing or
decreasing the shutter speed. (EX. x2,...., x32, x64, ...., x128)
• If you increase the number of shutter speed, moving object gets an more afterimage.
• Under Sense up activated noise, sports or a whitish phenomenon may appear in the
picture as the sensitivity of the camera is increased. This is normal phenomenon.
Notes
• For effective 1/100 mode set WDR mode in Backlight menu to OFF. 1/100 mode is
not effective with WDR mode.
• If the camera directly faces strong fluorescent light with 'ESC' mode, the image
may become unstable.
• If you choose ‘ESC’, you can adjust the brightness of monitor screen using the
LEFT or RIGHT button.
• If you choose ESC or Manual mode, you can’t use WDR mode in ‘Backlight’ menu.
• If you select manual mode, Sense up is not operated.
Notes
You can always get the clear image with this function under night or low-
lighting level.
Sense up
• You can select speed from ‘1/60’ to ‘1/200,000’sec (NTSC Models), ‘1/50’
to ‘1/200,000’sec (PAL Models).
• When the shutter speed is increased or decreased using the LEFT or RIGHT
button, you can find the difference by monitoring the brightness of the screen.
4. When completed, press the SET button.
