HANDLING CALLS
1. Intercom Calls
The following features can be used during an intercom call. The Hold fea-
ture is useful for temporarily disconnecting a call to which you want to re-
turn. To hold a call and answer a waiting call, refer to
Hold an Intercom Call
You can put a call on hold and resume the call later.
1.
Press the
[Hold]
button and replace the
handset to put the current call on hold.

If using the speakerphone, press [Hold]
and then the [Speaker] button to put on
hold.
z
When the call is on hold, the held party
hears music or a voice message depending
on the system setting.
2.
Lift the handset and press
the
[Hold]
button to resume the call.
