Osaifu-Keitai
The function allows you to use "Osaifu-Keitai compatible service" for
payment or point card by just holding over a reader in a store, etc.
You can save electronic money, point, etc. to IC card or docomo
nanoUIM card. Also, you can check deposit or balance of electronic
money, or point value, take measures against stolen or misplaced by
locking Osaifu-Keitai.
For details on Osaifu-Keitai, refer to NTT DOCOMO website.
• A setting from the dedicated website or app is required to use Osaifu-
Keitai compatible services.
• The data in the IC card *1 and docomo nanoUIM card *2 may be lost or
altered from malfunction of the terminal (when we repair your terminal
etc., as we cannot repair it with data remained, you are required to
erase the data by yourself). For support such as reissuance, restoration,
temporary preservation or transfer of data, contact Osaifu-Keitai
compatible service providers. For important data, be sure to use a
service with backup service.
• Even if you will continue using the docomo nanoUIM card that you were
using before changing models, you need to install and set the app for
the Osaifu-Keitai compatible service provider in order to use Osaifu-
Keitai compatible services which use data on the docomo nanoUIM card.
• If the data in the IC card or docomo nanoUIM card is lost, altered or
damaged by any means related to Osaifu-Keitai compatible service such
as malfunction or model change, DOCOMO is not liable for the loss of data.
• If the terminal is stolen or misplaced, immediately contact DOCOMO or
Osaifu-Keitai compatible service provider for an advice for methods of
such as suspension of use.

Using "Osaifu-Keitai compatible service"
To use Osaifu-Keitai compatible service, set up the service on the Osaifu-
Keitai app.

From the Home screen, → "Osaifu-Keitai app"
• When Osaifu-Keitai initial setting is not completed, initial setting
screen appears. Follow the onscreen instructions.

• Set with the app or website for the service.

Hold mark over the reader
Information
• You can hold mark over the reader without activating Osaifu-Keitai
compatible app.
• Powering on the terminal is not necessary, but the terminal remains
powered off for a long time or battery level is low or a certain period
of time after turning on the power, the function may not be available.
• As the communications necessary to provide Osaifu-Keitai
compatible services run in the background regardless of the
terminal's Power mode settings (P.123) or Data saver settings
(P.106). Osaifu-Keitai compatible apps may incur packet
communication fees.
• After turning on the terminal and restarting or software updating,
release the screen lock and hold it over the reader, and then use the
Osaifu-Keitai compatible service.
• If you are not signed up to sp-mode, note that you may not be able to
use some of the Osaifu-Keitai compatible service features.
