This timer controls the grace period between dialling valid digits before transferring call to

INVLID DEST as set in MMC 733 on a per-plan basis.

AA NO ACT TIME:

If no digits are received by the AA module, this timer will expire and transfer the call to the

destination set in MMC 733 NO ACT DEST.
