Maintaining Your Printer

To clean the scanner glass and document backing under the scanner lid:

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power outlet.

Lift the scanner lid.

Wipe the glass with a soft cloth or sponge, slightly moistened with a nonabrasive

glass cleaner.
