4. Troubleshooting 

4-8. O/S Problems 

 

Symptom

- The monitor does not boot

Major 

checkpoints

- Check whether the BNC cable is connected correctly.

- Check whether the LVDS cable is connected to the panel correctly.

- Check whether the Lamp connector on the panel is connected to the IP-board correctly.

Check IC12 and whether the 

LED is turned on.

When turning the power on in 

MagicNet mode, does the Samsung 

logo screen appear?

Does the blue screen appear as  

shown in Figure

Does the error message appear while 

booting, as shown in the figure?

Replace the FDM

Yes

Check the CPU and the DIMM memory 

and replace the network board.

Caution

Make sure to disconnect the power before working on the IP board.
