Configuration with SAM Gateway Configurator tool

The basic configuration is performed using the

SAM Gateway Configurator

tool. The config

uration software tool runs under Microsoft Windows

7, Windows

8 and Windows

10. It

is installed using the provided setup program.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4

is required to in-

stall the SAM Gateway Configurator correctly.
In addition to configuration, the

SAM Gateway Configurator

can perform firmware updates

and analyze the gateway operations (Debug-Viewer).

The SAM HOME Gateway is delivered to work with a default password. We recommend

changing the password on start-up.

The SAM Gateway Configurator tool can be downloaded from our website

www.samsongroup.com > Products & Applications > Product selector > Automation

Systems > SAM HOME Gateway.
