User settings 

 

Wet Cup  

Before commissioning, fill the wet cup halfway with lubricant "T". 
The  wetting cup nut  must be tightened moderately. Overtightening 
quickly damages the gland packing. A wrench is supplied to allow 
proper tightening. 

 

Tightening of the Wet Cup  

 

Verify cup is filled with lubricant T, 

 

Run the pump, then tighten the cup after 10 minutes, again 
after 1 hour, then after1 day of operation, 

 

In the event of a leak, the cup must be tightened. 

 

Tightening procedure 

 

Depressurize the Air motor (see depressurization procedure), 

 

Depressure  the product circuit (see depressurization 
procedure), 

 

Tighten the cup, clean it and fill it with lubricant T, 

 

Close the pump purge circuits, 

 

Open the Air motor air valve.
