6.4.3. Procedure B3: Replacement of the paint needle

 

•

Step 1

: Unscrew the notched button (A) at 

the rear of the spray gun, retrieve the spring 

(B).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

•

Step 2

: Press the trigger and pull manually the 

paint needle towards the back.

 

 

 

To reassemble, follow the steps in reverse order.

 

 

 

Every 4 or 5 reassemblies, add some dielectric grease (P/N# H1GSYN037) in the 

passage channel in the barrel.
