Reversing the 1st intersecting axis gear
NOTE:
When coupling / hitching and decoupling / unhitching the mower to / from the
tractor, no one is allowed to be between the mower and the tractor. An
accidental movement of the machine may result in crushing in this area.
NOTE:
The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage of the mower caused
by incorrect installation on the front TPH.
Detachment of the mower from the front TPH may result in the following damage:

Bending of the mower guards if the tractor runs into them;

Failure of the PIC;
-
Failure of the intersecting axis gear, etc.
Periodically verify the security of hitching while operating the mower.
5.1.1.
Hitching and coupling the ALPINA mower to the tractor
The ALPINA disc mower is hitched and coupled to the tractor’s front TPH, Cat. I or II, as shown in
. With the mower hitched on the front TPH, adjust the mower by operating the top link (

).
Next, couple the following components:

The PIC to the tractor’s PTO (see Section 5.2)

The side shift hydraulic circuit to a single SCV (sectional control valve) port on the tractor (optional);
❑
The machi
ne’s light wiring harness to the accessory wiring port on the tractor (optional).
CAUTION!
If the tractor features no lower link arm load float system, install the load
floating springs.
