Intended use
● The appliance must only be used for the preparation of foodstuffs. For example, for cooking, sim
mering and keeping warm, for preparing pasta, cooked dumplings/bread dumplings and boiled
beef.
● Further possibilities of utilization are, for example, the preparation of soups/stocks, cooking
stews, ravioli, boiling sausages and for keeping warm prepared foods, such as soups, vegeta
bles, side dishes, sauces.
● The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated

by instructed trained personnel,

when the drain tap is closed,

with the tank filled as specified,
−
if the appliance is supervised,
−
for the purpose designated in the operating instructions.
● Any other, or extended use is considered as non-intended use.
● The user alone is responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the intended use.
● Each misuse of the appliance results in the warranty and general liability of the manufacturer be
coming invalid.
● It is forbidden to modify the appliance.

● The appliance must not be used for deep frying!
● Do not use the appliance as a storage or work surface!
● The appliance may not be used for the heating, drying and storage of objects and not for the
melting of materials!
