Replace nameplate

● After changing the type of gas, the changed

type of gas must be documented on the
device.

● When the nozzle sets are delivered, a blank

label is included to identify the types of gas.

Indicate the type of gas used on the label.

Degrease the old label before bonding.

Bond the new label with the actual
identification onto the old label.

Installation and connection

● Please observe the local kitchen regulations.

● Installation work must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's assembly instructions

and in accordance with accepted technical regulations.

● Let Customer Service install the appliances and provide instruction.

● Observe the safety instructions from page 28 Chapter 2.
