Preparations
For draining frying oil/frying fat into container
and filtering, see page 35 chapter 3.2.1.
Push the filling tube into the cap.
The filling tube must engage perceivably
and audibly.
CAUTION!
Frothing over of the cooking
oil/fat! Observe filling level of the frying oil/frying
fat in the pan! Do not fill above the fill level
mark.
Manual switching on and off of the pump: The
filling process must be supervised and switched
off by hand.
Close the drain tap.
Pumping
Switch on pump - Push pump switch.
The indicator light in the switch comes on and the pump starts.
Please observe: The intake time may last up to three minutes.
Once the filling level of the frying oil/frying fat has been reached in the pan, switch off the
pump - push the pump switch.
The indicator light in the switch goes off.

Removing the filling tube
Hold the filling tube and push cap toward the
pan.
Unplug the filling tube and allow to drain
empty in the pan and to drip dry.
