1. Safety instructions for transport/assembly
DANGER! Risk of death! Heavy components! Be aware of the weight!

Do not work underneath the cooking station or the top/base units during unloading and transport.
D
Do not stand underneath suspended loads.
D
Be aware of the weight when unloading, transporting and installing the cooking station (plinth,
base unit, top unit). Use a trolley and lifting equipment. Work with proper back posture.
D
Wear a safety helmet, safety shoes and safety gloves.
DANGER! Risk of accident!

If gas and electrical installation modules are both installed in the cooking station, work on equip­
ment that uses gas may only be carried out with the assistance of a qualified electrician.
D
Before electrical testing, the device must be connected to the equipotential bonding system.
D
Block off or cordon off the hazard area for electrical testing.
D
During electrical testing on the opened cooking station, secure live parts against unintentional
contact, e.g. by covering with an insulating mat.
D
After installation on site, a gas leak test must be carried out on all gas modules.
WARNING! Risk of crushing!

Wear a safety helmet, safety shoes and safety gloves during installation of the cooking station/
modules.
D
Proceed with due caution when inserting the installation modules.
CAUTION! Risk of damage!

Check that no cables or hoses were trapped or damaged. Damaged cables or hoses must be
replaced immediately.
D
Electric cables and gas lines must not be in direct contact with heat sources (e.g. oven). The
electric cables and gas lines must be installed with sufficient spacing to the heat source.
D
Air intake and outlet openings on the cooking station must not be closed off.
D
Do not allow direct contact between circuit boards and live parts.
D
Static discharge must not take place through circuit boards.
