The operating instructions contains important information for operating and installing the appliance
properly.

Use as intended
The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated

The appliance may only be used for the preparation of foodstuffs. E. g. for deep frying meat, fish, pota-
toes, vegetables, confections, filled pastries and baked goods.
The appliance may only be used with liquid cooking fat or oil.
The cooking fat or oil must be specially suited for deep frying.
