Please note the temperature differences below:

CARE AND CLEANING

1. Always unplug the Wine Cellar and remove Wine Racks before cleaning.

2. Wash the interior with a warm water and baking soda solution 2 tbsp.

(30 ml) of baking soda to 1 quart (litre) of water.

3. Wash the wine racks, gasket and the exterior of the unit with water

and a mild detergent.

4. Wring excess water out of the sponge or cloth before cleaning the area

around the control or any other electrical parts.

5. Dry all parts thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth, before plugging the unit

back into the electrical outlet.

NOTE:

Never use abrasive products (scouring pads, powders). They may
permanently damage the surface finish of the Wine Cellar.

Never use gasoline, benzene, paint thinner or any other chemicals
to clean this unit.

Power Failure

Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect
the temperature of your appliance if you minimize the number of times
the door is opened.

NOTE:

If the unit is unplugged, has lost power, or is turned off; you must wait

3 to 5 minutes before restarting the unit. If you attempt to restart before this
time delay, damage may occur and or the appliance may not start.
