7. The indicator light will switch off as soon as the temperature is attained and will come
on again when the temperature goes below the set temperature. This will continue,
indicating the thermostatic control is operating to maintain the selected temperature.
8. If used outdoors, a higher temperature may be required.

The appliance described in this operating manual is suitable for household use to heat food

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. This product is designed to keep food hot and in perfect consition for hours.
2. Meals can be prepared and cooked when convenient and served many hours later
when family or friends are ready to eat.
3. Food is maintained at a heat level just under cooking point to prevent overcooking
and drying out, two main causes of food losing flavour.
4. The double hot spots are about 30°C higher than the rest of the tray surface, good
for coffee, soups etc.
5. For best results, use shallow, flat bottomed, covered dishes.
6. Meat should be slightly under-done if it is to be kept on the hot tray for longer than
15minutes.
7. Cover food with foil or a lid to prevent it from drying out.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance before cleaninig.
2. Let the hot tray cool down.
3. Use a damp sponge and mild soap to clean the glss surface.
