You can prevent the user from changing application settings.
If the Kiosk Mode option

is greyed out

you may have a dedicated device.

If you purchased a dedicated ChatFusion device, you must purchase a key

to unlock the system. Contact Saltillo for details.

Blocking Access to Application Settings

You can “lock” the application settings to prevent the user from

changing them.

To lock application settings:
