Indications of functions, warnings and alarms
Information for the user about active functions, alarms or warnings. Meaning of the indications:
System mode is activated from the external contact
Fans speed is activated form the external contact
Reduction of fans speed according the temperature
Reduction of CO
2
level
Active circulation pumps maintenance check up
Heating season (winter)
Cooling season (summer)
Stand-by mode blocking
Active night cooling function
Fans speed reduction
Automatic operation of the system is blocked. This function
is activated during service maintenance.
Active holiday schedule. To change the mode it is neces-
sary to stop the function or change the holiday date.
These functions (in sequence as set out) change the modes of the system:
1. blocking of Stand-by mode
stand-by mode can be blocked under preferable parameters.
2. holiday schedule
user cannot change the mode. System informs about active mode of the holiday schedule. To
stop the function it is necessary to change or disable the period of the holiday;
3. user‘s manual mode selection
user can change the modes;
4. active mode form external contact
user can override by changing system mode;
5. weekly schedule
system operates in mode under weekly schedule, the user can change the current mode manu-
ally. System will inform about the next change of the mode under the schedule;
If any of the above mentioned functions has changed it’s state into Stand-by mode, system checks if the mode is not blocked at the current time. If the
mode is blocked, the system returns to previous mode.
Saving settings after power cut
After a power cut the unit continues operation at the speed and temperature set before the accident.
Smooth temperature control during fans speed reduction
This functions saves the energy at the change of the air flow. It is active when the fans are controlled by percentage, because PID controllers does this
automatically when controlling by the air flow or pressure. If the user sets a higher air flow, this function is gradually starting to increase air flow and
when getting closer to the set value gradually reduces the speed, this way temperature control function experiences less stress, less energy is being
wasted. If the user reduces the air flow, the system stops the coolers and heaters in order to avoid heat/cold wave and gradually changes the air flow.
After the reduction of air flow heaters and coolers continue to operate on demand.
Air flow control
Indication of the air flow in percentage, pressure or air quantity depending on the system configuration.
PID controllers adjusting
The coefficients of all the PID controller are adjusted. The quantity of the coefficients depends on the system configuration.
Manual control
Manual control of the components function activates/deactivates components manually. Components are controlled by digital and analog outputs.
Analogue outputs are controlled in percent, while digital - “on/off”. By default, all components are specified as “Auto” state, which means that the com-
ponent is controlled under the ventilation logics.
